Pebetse P Services (Pty) Ltd. is a dynamic company founded by a young South African black woman from the local community of Bakone-Ba-Manyaka. The company was founded to contribute to the uplifting and transferring of skills in the community with meaningful partnerships. We believe our local community deserves to better its quality of life. We have carefully selected expert stakeholders with value-adding traits and services to emphasize our vision of empowerment; skills transfer abilities and improved life quality.
Purpose
Pebetse P Services, established in 2021, evolved with the sole purpose of providing sustainable value-adding services to the mine and surrounding mining industries in my community.
Vision
Our vision is to be the leader in value-adding solutions and delivery of services in our chosen business sectors through a continuous strive for improvement, innovation, and excellence. As a young, dynamic company, we pursue our vision with great enthusiasm and determination. Our entrepreneurial spirit has opened up significant opportunities.
Mission
Our core values of commitment, focus, and dedication have provided us with the foundation to succeed thus far. Pebetse P will provide a one-stop mining support service, aligning us as the preferred in-house contracting company. We will provide such service with all necessary safety behavior and precaution.
Empowerment
We believe in local empowerment and local involvement in the community. We have a 100% Black Woman shareholding towards empowerment and are focused on skills transfer.
Management
We believe in solid leadership, striving towards a disciplined management team, ensuring effective results. A successful and effective workforce results from solid leadership working towards the targets and goals to create a successful, profitable, and sustainable company. We follow the POLC management system and find it provides a thoroughly systematic way of dealing with all operational requirements.
All work is handled in a project management program, ensuring maximum optimization of services.
Planning is the most important start of any project. The key performance indicators will be the intense planning of labor, material, deadlines, and the financial impact regarding the project’s cost.
Therefore, decisive leadership will be needed to organize the total project and the required experience and character (organization of labour, material, deadlines, and cost).
Involvement in detail is needed to lead a powerful team. Therefore, training each task will be a crucial indicator of leadership (leading of labour, material, deadlines, and cost).
Management must implement a control system to ensure that all project goals are reached (control of labour, material, deadlines, and cost).
